TCIE is a non-profit and independent knowledge centre for international cultural heritage cooperation. Bayimba Cultural Foundation recognizes the relevance of arts and culture in developing and shaping society and their contribution to social and economic development in Uganda. In line with this vision, in 2011 Bayimba organized together with CREARE the Value of Culture course in Jinja, Uganda to share with local artists and cultural managers CREARE teaching methodology. The director of Bayimba, Faisal Kiwewa took part to our first Value of Culture course in 2009.

Mohile Parikh Center

Since, 2012 CREARE has started a new partnership with Mohile Parikh Center which is one of the leaders in the cultural sector in India. The collaboration led to the organisation of an edition of the Value of Culture course in Mumbai, in December 2012. Together, CREARE and MPC hope to boost the conversation on cultural economics at the South Asian level.
